The following is not confirmed by Drake's people, it was just posted on the following source. The article below has been translated and not perfect, as usual. I've added the dates to the sidebar though for future reference if they come out to be confirmed. Edit: Kids' Choice appearances are confirmed.

Drake Bell, who plays Drake on ABC's "Drake & Josh," came to Brazil in September. O galã estará na 11ª edição do “Meus Prêmios Nick”, evento do canal infantil Nickelodeon. The heartthrob will be the 11th edition of "My Nick Awards" event of children's channel Nickelodeon.

Drake estará no palco da premiação no Rio de Janeiro, no Citibank Hall, dia 23 de setembro, e em São Paulo, no Credicard Hall, no dia 30 de setembro. Drake will be on stage the awards in Rio de Janeiro Citibank Hall, Sept. 23, and Sao Paulo, Credicard Hall, on September 30. O evento é fechado para convidados. The event is closed to guests.

Além disso, Drake Bell ainda fará três shows no país. In addition, Drake Bell will still three shows in the country. Ele se apresenta dia 24 de setembro em São Paulo, no Citibank Hall; 25/09 no Chevrolet Hall, em Belo Horizonte e 26/09 no Citibank Hall, Rio de Janeiro. Hey Lauren, i'm a brazilian fan, and i'd like to say some things. First his concert at the brazilian KCA is confirmed, because it is in the brazilian nickelodeon's website. And if you need any help or information about his coming you can ask me, I'm leaving my e-mail for you. I'll be in both shows, in Rio and in São Paulo, because i'm from his brazilian fan club.
And by the way, in Brazil people speak PORTUGUESE, not SPANISH.

That's true... Here in Brazil rumor has Drake Bell is actually going to perform 5 shows: 2 at São Paulo (one at Credicard Hall for the Kid's Choice Awards and another one at Citibank Hall), 2 at Rio de Janeiro (both at Citibank Hall, one is for the other Kid's Choice Awards show) and 1 concert at the city of Belo Horizonte at Chevrolet Hall.
(Be my guest if you need help on translating the article. That's a reliable source, it's from ABRIL GROUP - a brazilian media company very known around here, they control MTV BRAZIL, for example).

Ok...while I'm sure every fan is thinned to see him in these countries....ummmm, he cancels his 2 US shows, and is going back to MX and then a mini-world tour???---not feelin the love for us fans in the states this year--have we been bad????......just sayin!
